Prosperosa charges in line with the current NDIS price guide for the support item/s that you request Prosperosa to assist you with.
All direct and indirect costs for the supports will be clearly outlined within your participant service agreement and schedule of supports and discussed with you prior to commencing services.
Community and In Home Supports
Our services are flexible - to suit you and your individual needs. We provide a variety of supports for our participants including, assistance with appointments, transport, accessing community for fun and tasks such as shopping. We assist in home with medication prompts, personal care, cooking to name a few...We are open to chat about what your particular wishes and needs are.
Supported Independent Living
Our team of supportive staff will work with individuals and their families or guardians to identify what is important to you, for your home. We support you to access and maintain stable accommodation, match you with housemates you can get along with and support staff who are encouraging, caring and fun.
Support Workers are on hand 24/7 to support you with cooking and maintaining your home, accessing medical appointments, helping with personal grooming and hygiene, while respecting your dignity and treating you with care.
